ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Antigua and Barbuda's Citizenship by Investment Program is a globally recognized program which was set in 2013. Upon parliamentary approval, the Citizenship by Investment Program was created and can be found in Section 6 of the Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013 (Act No. 2 of 2013), which was revised in 2014 and is reinforced by the Investment Regulations for Antigua and Barbuda.
The Citizenship by Investment Program requires a person, by means of either a donation to the National Development Fund (NDF), or a government-approved property project, to make a designated economic contribution to the country. The applicants and their families are granted citizenship in return and subject to strict screening procedures including thorough background checks.
